Habutae Silk dresses by Anna Excell
When I first saw Anna Excell’s dresses I felt like I was getting transported to Thailand. Anna’s dresses are incredibly simple. They are a bit like sarongs but much longer and made with 100% Habutae (Japanese) silk. The fabric is hand drawn and printed by Anna herself using Riso/screen print.
One might say it’s nothing special. Yeah well, I say beautiful things are, more often than not, uncomplicated. I can see myself wearing one for many occasions. One such occasion might be a dinner party at home. What would you say?

May 12, 2009Hi Sharon
Thanks for dropping by. Anna is still a student so she is busy finishing her study I believe. I asked her if she would like to get in touch with people regarding sales. I asked her permission to post her email address and waiting for her response. If you would like to drop me an email I could give you her address.
Cheers
