Best Pavlova in Perth

While Kiwis and Aussies fight over who first created Pavlova, Perthlings can taste some sensational Pavs in pubs. Personally, pub grubs are so fashionable nowadays that I'd go to pubs to have good food rather than going to regular restos.

There are two places I love in Perth. Winsor Hotel in South Perth and Brisbane Hotel in Highgate. They happen to make my favourite Pavlova. If you're a fan of passion fruit go to Windsor while they have it in the menu. They change their desert menu on a regular basis.

If you're a fan of good ol' stack'd up meringue with berry reduction and custard Brisbane is the place to be. I'm kinda partial to the one from Brisbane but they are equally delicious.

If you're not living in Perth.. well too bad. You might want to come along to the most remote capital city in the world for a bit of Pav?
