Subiaco Street Festival – unwrapped 08
I did promise that I’d get out and take some photos for you so that I can bring the street fair and all the fun right to your computer. As I warned you early this week, there was unwrapped street market as part of Subiaco Street Festival tonight. Wish you were there right? hmmm I told ya. It’s good fun getting out. {click the image below to check out the jumbo size}
Now, I’ll list some designers I found ‘worthy’ of Style Discovery coverage from unwrapped and Cappuccino Festival.
- Pelava by Leonie Wilson
- Dames & Divas byLauren Butler
- Purveyor of Vintage Neck pieces by Anna Vedelago
- Tip Toe by Rachel Collins
- Calluna by Heather Webb
- Amanda Murphy
- Odd Girl Out
- and Wear to Where
Mind you there were so many fabulous and pretty things I found it was hard to narrow the list down but I’m trying to keep the content of this space as relevant as possible.
Personally, one of the reasons why I dedicate this space for local designers is because most of them do not have any websites or online stores. If they did I’d be a lot less inclined.. as I must confess this is still a space where my self indulgence preveils.
In case you feel some strong urge to get out and enjoy more of street fair for real (instead of looking at this blog) check out the listing for other upcoming events here.

December 5, 2008Yes, you right I wish I were there! I’m glad you did go out and enjoyed the festival. So many times there are things happening in the city and I’m just too lazy to get out there. Like the Toronto Film festival…I chose spending time with my boyfriend over that…like how crazy am I? lol
I love that flower ring, it reminds me of Samantha’s ring from SEX AND THE CITY!
Hope you are having a great friday
