Reading someone's blog takes a bit of an effort. Leaving comments on posts takes a bit more effort, I think. I guess this Anonymous didn't want to offend mr style by saying 'not you in particular' but what is with all this negativity? It seems to me that he is pretty unhappy with us - the collective fashion bloggers, yes that's right you, me and us. Too bad for him because we are having a jolly good time. Reading blogs is one of the most enjoyable things for me. Leaving comments on other blogs and giving positive feedback is a healthy thing. It is a healthy thing. So here I see an opportunity to honour my beloved bloggers and celebrate our happy existence as so-called 'pathetic' fashion bloggers. Whatever others want to call us, we are a happy bunch. I would like to believe so. Here they are.. hats off to you all.

Way to spread the positivity! Clearly someone who thinks there is no work involved in a fashion blog has never written one... I don't see a point in knocking politics blogs (although they can't change Senate votes) or food blogs (although some of the world is starving) or any variety of other blogs. The point of blogging isn't always about being world changing or pounding pavement, sometimes it's just about expression and community. But I suppose anonymous commentors will never get that. So to them I pose instead, if you don't get it and it makes you unhappy and you aren't into s&m, why don't you just go read something else? There's lots of lovely novels out there... ^_^

Songy, you are so sweet and so right! I never understand it when I see a negative comment. Fashion is fun and blogging about fashion and style is even more fun. It's so great to hear from so many fashionable people though comments, but it serves no purpose to be mean. Hurray for your post!
Songy you are a darling! yes im pretty new to blogging but loved reading and interacting by my comments. the negativity is so un- necessary! its even more ridiculous when those leaving the negative comments dont leave their name and own up to their opinions!
